I’ve been going here for over a year and today I got the best set EVER! I’ve never asked for a design, usually go plain color or white tip. Jennifer did my fill and Lucy did the designs exactly the way I wanted. I love the attention to detail they both gave. Jennifer constantly checked my nails as she did them to make sure they were even, this is something I’ve never experienced and really appreciate. I will keep coming here for as long as I can!

In Hamburg this is probably the best spot for pedicures, and chair massages. Highly recommend Otto!

I used to really love this place but they’ve gone down hill! Ace did my nails and other than the paint job, they’re pretty awful and sloppy. They are crooked and uneven. I had to file them myself when I got home. The are very lumpy and all different thicknesses. The uv light is WAY too hot!! I had to keep taking my hands out because it was literally burning my finger tips. My daughter’s fingers are all cut up. Worst pedicure ever. Unfortunately I do not remember the guy’s name. he barely did anything to my nails or feet even though I asked him to give attention to 2 issues. From beginning to me sitting at the drying table, 20 minutes. I’ve had bad pedicures before, but at least those places made it seem like was worth my time. I guess he just wanted to get back to watching whatever on his phone. Won’t be back.
