Asked for long pointy nails and they gave me fat, short and stubby nails & some of the nails are uneven lengths too :( Their LED cure machine thing for gel hurt REALLY bad on my fingers, but maybe that was just me. It was a very painful burning sensation. Other than that, very professional and super nice place with nice people. They give you a free shoulder massage / hand mask, which is nice. Just make sure to be superrrr clear and direct with the people what kind of length you want
This place is beyond amazing and so are the people who work there, very clean, decent price and spectacular service!!!
Last time I was here the nail tech did cut my cuticles in a way that my one finger started to bleed. The nails stayed on okay.
I broke a toe over 3 months ago, and went to go for my first pedicure since it finally healed. I Decided to try someplace new so i went to Cinderella. Walked in and the place is clean, waited 20 minutes to get into a chair, Now i dont mind waiting, got into the chair and had jennifer take care of me. Right from the start she was very rough. Did not make any conversation with me. started clipping my toenails and then she pulled out a very long hangnail. It was huge, and it hurt. she made me bleed.
