So....if I paid $100 plus tip for a powder polish on my nails and a $35 pedicure with exfoliation and shellac should it include clipping my cuticles? They did not clip my cuticles on my hands or toes. No massage on hands. 30 minutes total for both. I had to ask the pedicure person to please get the gel off my cuticles before she baked them.
