I booked an appt for my first pedicure here. Later that day I was sent a text to venmo someone $35 to hold my spot. I have never paid in advance for a nail salon service. I called the following morning to confirm the request was sent from them. The answer I received was yes, a lot of nail salons do this...no, no. That is not welcoming for a first time client. Hard pass.
I walked in today - I just wanted a “simple” nail color no elaborate designs etc. I do not know “nails” and I was LAUGHED at when I asked for simple gel. I wanted to cry. I felt so embarrassed. I will never be back
Had a great experience here today as a walk in! I will be returning!
