Friendly staff great prices. Small lots but perfect for those of us who actually explore on vacation and not spend alot of time at the site but there are still fire pits and picnic tables if needed. No playgrounds or children activites but again we don't travel with children. Quiet, friendly and clean. Perfect!!!
This our 2nd time here. Facilities are spotless clean, friendly owner and staff. Great location.
Been long time users of this facility Recently made a reservation but had to cancel due to Hurricane Dorine Cinderella Management refused to except the fact we were driving up from Florida and a travel advisory warned people not not travel along the east coast of the US where the storm was hitting we cancelled but were told we needed to give a weeks notice, which is NOT mentioned in there online advertisement. Pleasant campground. Located only 5 miles from Niagara Falls. Staff is friendly and only costs $45.00 per night!!!

My annual go-to campground for about 8 or more RV travel seasons when returning to Buffalo-Western NY. New ownership as of 3 years ago, quite friendly and helpful, have gravel leveled the sites. All are shaded back-ins around a portion of the large, tree-lined, grass quadrangle with a picnic shelter in the middle of the campground. Sites for tents on grass not gravel, are along the tree lined quadrangle, but apart from the RVs. Bath/showers clean. Very pleased with this camp grounds and motel we are thinking of coming back in a couple weeks for Burcolts field days may just stay here again if you ever traveled some you would agree that this place is a find .very clean showers rest rooms full hook ups .for R V
I’ve stayed here for the last 3 years while showing at the Allentown Art Festival in Buffalo...great little campground and clean bathrooms and laundry room!
