The staff is unprofessional! The policies are outdated! I want all my money back and ask everyone to never shop there again! No exchanges and no refunds? How is that possible?!
I had a disappointing experience with the store manager at this location. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the manager's lack of professionalism and communication skills led to a stressful situation. We had specifically purchased a wedding dress side piece from this store, but 15 days before the wedding, they informed us that they wouldn't have the correct size in stock until next year.
