It is not fair to give this lovely shop a two star rating because of some issues with the governing board. The shop is run by volunteers who do a wonderful job of cleaning the donated items, sorting and presenting in a very appealing manner. They have some very generous donors who donate quality merchandise, not just clothing to the shop. It would be a shame for people to avoid coming in due to one rating that has nothing to do with the shop.
The Catholic Service Board is a wonderful and generous organization to a variety of community non profits, in particular the Kahl Home. Sadly they have let members of Cinderella Cellars Board whose clear ties to the Law firm of Lane and Waterman dictate community participation and practices. The Board needs to reexamine their policies to make them consistent with the Catholic Church under Pope Francis.
