Very nice staff, Ashley was absolutely amazing! She found my daughter's prom dress and she loved it. She listened and found the best dress. Prices are very reasonable. Will come back for prom and homecoming next year!
I purchased a dress here for my daughter's quinceañera and all the employees were very helpful with finding her the perfect dress. They do charge a 50$ service fee that goes towards the dress but it's completely understandable as to why they have that policy since the dresses are high quality and the employees help with putting the dress on and everything. Highly recommend coming here if your in lakleand and looking for a dress store!
Horrible experience. They will lie straight to your face and steal your money. Brides, I highly encourage you to go elsewhere! I spoke to the young girl at the front counter both on the phone and two times face to face in the store to confirm their policies, their seamstress availability, and their ordering turnaround.
