Went to get a black formal dress for a wedding and was told I had to pay $50 just to try anything on. Also told me it was appointment only even though I wasn't shopping in the bridal section. When I explained that I was told I could be taken as a walk in but they were closing in an hour. Seemed very uninviting. Went in last Saturday, there was only one person shopping in the store. I asked to see some ball gown and formal dresses for a prom was told needed to make a appointment, I was shock because the store was empty. Was told they don't do walk ins for ball gown. Had to go online to book appointment, when u go on line it's a 50$ deposit your only allowed 1 hour and only 5 ball gowns to try on. I didn't even bother to book . Horrible experience!! Passed by this store since I’m on a time crunch. When I saw a dress I liked I asked her if I can try it on. She then said “ I HAVE TO PAY $50 TO TRY IT ON” and if I agree I “have to make an appointment for later on today” mind you the store was empty … so if I don’t like how the dress fits I’m out $50? Not smart business. I’m sure they have lost A LOT of potential buyers and WILL CONTINUE to lose more. DON’T RECOMMEND. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.
