I don’t like leaving a negative review but this has been on my mind since my appointment a couple of weeks ago. I was a new client, this was my first visit. First I was kept waiting for 48 minutes past my appointment time. I’m not one of those people who thinks I’m special but making a brand new client wait 48 minutes, when first impressions count, made me think what would happen if I had an emergency.
