Cinder Rock took care of my boy Jax for the last 11 years. The support and care we received especially through a really difficult surgery and cancer diagnosis was exactly what we needed. When Jax urgently needed help crossing the rainbow bridge they made it happen with compassion and grace and love and made the process as easy as possible on both of us. I can't thank your whole staff enough for all you have done for us.
My regular vet didn't have any availability so I called Cinder Rock Veterinary Clinic. They were able to get my 10yr old pug in within an hour. He has a history of urinary problems and I was sure he had a uti. Dr. Liz Pollak was very thorough and discussed costs with me up front. She also consulted with other doctors there to make sure we were all in agreement with how to proceed with treatment for the best possible outcome. We’ve only been for our first initial new exam and vaccinations but highly recommend. I could tell the Dr has a genuine passion for animals and I was not pressured into un needed costs and services. Will definitely be our new veterinary practice for all of our animals !
