If I could give zero stars I would. This is the most horrendous company I have encountered in this area of central Oregon. I was treated rudely and spoken down to. There was miscommunication on their end entirely about payment of the delivery of sand we wanted for our horse arena. I spoke 2x to what I believe to be the main owner/operator of the phone number of the company. Communicated well and delivered exactly where and when they said. Good pricing too.
We have ordered gravel/rock from Cinder Butte Rock Products several times for our large driveway and courtyard. The price was very fair and the material was perfect for our project. The delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful in spreading the rock. We also saw the different products available at their yard for future projects. The mixed rocks in our courtyard are not normally available but we lucked out! Thank You Cinder Butte Rock Products 👍
