We had lunch at Cinder Bistro today. We ordered the Triple Q plate, a side salad, and drinks. The side salad was pretty basic. The brisket wasn’t as tender as I expected, and I thought the barbecue chicken would be served on the bone, but it was more like pulled chicken. Overall, the meal was just okay. Our waitress provided good service, which we appreciated. While we finished our meal, nothing really stood out enough to make us want to return.
Went here on a whim for lunch. Had no idea what to expect, so no preconceived notions. Everything was great. Once we were inside, the place smelled amazing.

Stopped by here for dinner on our way to an Air BNB. All the staff here are friendly. My wife ordered the brisket quesadilla and I got the brisket Philly. The brisket is moist and tender. Both meals were very tasty! When my sandwich came out I was like that is a small sandwich. However that thing filled me up!! I also got the beer cheese Mac and cheese.
