I called Cindel to service my heater, Josh arrived when he said he would, he was very courteous and explained to me what was happening with the heater. He cares about his customers and provides great service. I highly recommend Cindel for all your HVAC issues, Josh will resolve them.
In the middle of this heat wave my A/C conked out. I called Cindel and got the answering service. Josh called me back almost immediately. At first he said he would do his best to fit me in to his already full next day & assured me he would call and keep me posted. Today I called Cindel because my heater has not been working. Josh came out the same day and fixed the problem in less than an hour. The service was great I would definitely recommend cindel to anyone having problems with their heater, you will not be disappointed.
Don’t know they installed the ac that keeps breaking every year and they are not repairing it and they asked me to find other contractors - what kind of business this is! Horrible stay away
My ac stopped working on the Fourth of July. I called Cindel and Josh returned my call almost immediately. And he and his coworker arrived early the next morning as promised. I am delighted that I am able to review their service from the cool comfort of my home.
