The only reason I went in is because the sign they have hanging up outside. “Taking new clients and walk ins welcome”. The salon was very clean when I came in. I wasn’t greeted. No one said anything they just smiled to Me. I tried to get a fill and they had no one available. She said they were all booked till tomorrow. I don’t know why you would have a walk in welcome sign if you don’t have anyone to accommodate walk ins.
Good experience and atmosphere but waited 30 minutes past appt time to get seated so then it felt a bit rushed. My nails look pretty good but appt was rushed so some ended up a bit different in length and shape/crooked (some pointer versus rounded) and wrong color compared to pic I showed. Very textured and paint from last set still apparent.
Destiny at Cindee’s Nail Salon is an absolute gem! She went above and beyond to make sure my nails were perfect for my wedding — and they truly were the best nails of my life. She took such care and patience, even helping me choose the perfect toenail color to match my wedding shoes (no small task!).
