Best service I’ve ever had from some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I order from Cincy Shirts regularly because I love their high quality products (and Fiona), and the one time I had an issue John tracked down my order and hand delivered it to my apartment! Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. First excuse was they were a week behind because of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. I gave the benefit of the doubt for that. Here we are 2 weeks later and they gave 3 different excuses so I called the post office in TX that it was going to. So they looked at the tracking # and said there was nothing that ever left the bldg. Just 2 shirts the Grandkids and now they won't have them by Christmas......UNbelievable

John went above and beyond to make sure I got my I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas sweatshirt in time for an ugly sweater party. For a girl obsessed with hippos (BEFORE Fiona... though she is cute), this was such a nice experience. Love the personalized customer service. Thanks John!
Cute Fiona Christmas sweatshirt but customer service was lacking. My order took a while to ship and when I sent an email to customer service to ask why, I never got a response and when I called, the girl I spoke to never asked for my order number and said if I ordered on the day I did it should “probably” ship by the end of the week. The sweatshirt arrived at the expected time on USPS tracking once I finally got a shipping notification.
Stopped into the Hyde Park store on Observatory. The staff were so friendly and informative. The selection is incredible. Fiona shirts galore! Great feeling to buy local and from people who love what they do !
I don’t just randomly give out BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE votes but I have to say that I’ve been in both Hyde Park and OTR this week for Fiona leggings and Fiona plush. I’ve never been greeted with such genuinely nice and welcoming store associates as I was in both stores. Thank You for making this Fiona lover welcome! Bought some Fiona shirts for my wife and daughters. Also some Fiona Tervis Tumblers. My sister in law from Austin was jealous. Tried to order another but they were sold out. John emailed me when they were back in stock so I could order one. Great service John.
