I can't say enough about the great customer service I got in September, when I was trying to get a Christmas gift to South Africa before 2019. Wonderful cooperation and thanks to Cincy Shirts, my friend now has likely the only FIona merchandise in the country!
This company has the best customer service. They went above and beyond to try and get me the shirt I wanted and when they couldn't they spoiled me with extra goodies in my return package!!!! Keep up the great job!! I highly recommend this company.

Y’all I have to brag on these guys for a second. I placed an order before Christmas that went MIA and never made it to me (totally not their fault, the post office sent my package to Atlanta!). John responded to my email inquiry... within an hour... at 10 o’clock at night! They replaced my ordered items AND followed up with a call making sure I received the replacement items. Best customer service ever. Thanks!!!!

I found out about this company when the was talking about the craze of Ms. Fiona, my mom loves hippo and happy they do mail order because we live in Illinois. I love how they have have made different shirts and some of the money goes to help Fiona. I can't wait to see what shirt comes next.
I can't think of the last time I received such great service! When I saw the Fiona Birthday shirt, I knew my little needed it for her own upcoming birthday- in less than a week!
