Definite Consideration My husband and I were trying to find a rental agent, so I obviously went on the most common resource these day's, and researched on the web. When I came across Cincy Rents, the agent I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I felt like she went above and beyond to help us out. Exceeds expectations I have leased my home several times with CincyRents and have never been dissatisfied with their excellent service and professionalism. Great upkeep I'm currently renting from Cincinnati Apartments Plus and I don't have one complaint. The staff is helpful and nice and they really know their stuff. The apartment has been well taken care of and the price is one of the cheapest I could find.

Place to call home There are very few places in the area where small dogs are welcomed. I have lived here for 6 years and we love it here. Whenever I have a service request our maintenance is right on time. The staff is friendly and always wants my opinion. That's different. This has recently been a difficult time in my life and living here has made it so much better and also helped with my stress levels. I would definitely make this a place to call home.

Property well maintained/fair prices. I currently live at a Cincinnati Apartments Plus property and I couldn't be happier. The staff is knowledgeable helpful and nice. The property is well maintained and the price is fair. I plan on living with them for a long time to come.
