Excellent, knowledgeable, friendly service
I have been coming here for my annual eye exams for over 10 years. (I am really sad that Dr Werling has left!) I had made an appointment for today at 1pm. I received an email reminder yesterday.... well as a text message reminder yesterday that said if I cancelled the appointment within 24 hours of the appointment, I would be charged $25. I showed up for the appointment, and they told me it was cancelled. They couldn't tell me how it was cancelled or by whom...it certainly wasn't me. Major inconvenience!
