We love Dr Lauri! She is very personable and takes the time to really explain your eye health with you. The employees at the LensCrafters store section are wonderful! They make shopping for eyewear fun!!
I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted right away. I checked in with Malcom. . The front desk was very nice and informative. I was a little early and was able to be seen early. Dr. Sanders was very precise and professional. My trial contacts were in stock, so I was able to trial them before purchasing. Great Experience! I arrived late to my appointment. Luckily, I was able to still be seen. After a five minute wait, a bubbly optometrist came in and did an evaluation, answered questions and done. Quick, fast and simple. The Lens Crafter staff were all amazing. They all helped out with me finding the perfect pair. Measuring was quick, and I was out!
