We used UNITS for our recent home move. The UNIT was delivered to both houses in the timeframe necessary and was a good, sturdy, secure place to keep our belongings for short term storage. The driver was professional and courteous. Highly recommend!!

Great service. The UNITS folks were clear and open about costs, time, and delivery -- and also were able to get me the movers to pack my furniture, who were careful and quick (very unusual these days). And they went out of their way to get me access to my unit when I needed to. I would never use anyone else.

Great service. Excellent service. The unit was delivered and picked up on time. It was clean and in great repair. I have nothing but good things to say about UNITS Cincinnati. I would certainly recommend them to others.

I had an all around excellent experience dealing with Units Mobile Storage. I needed to store a whole household of furniture for month in between houses and was trying to assess whether I should do pods or have it put into a storage unit. Would highly recommend using a pod to store furniture versus a storage unit as they are very clean, enclosed, well lit and ventilated. Was surprised at how reasonable the cost was to rent a pod. They dropped the pod off into my driveway and my movers packed the pod. The driver accomodated m... read more

Great communication and reliability. We had to change our time and day 3 times and they were able to accommodate without fees or complaining. The driver is unbelievable. He puts that UNIT right where you want it. The UNIT is big and sturdy. It worked like a charm. I recommend using this company.
