Cincinnati Union Bethel is the longest running social service agency in Cincinnati and has three programs: Early Childhood Education with three Head Start preschools, which prepare 3-5 year olds for kindergarten; the Anna Louise Inn, which provides safe and affordable housing for women; and Off the Streets, which provides services for trafficked and prostituted women. Cincinnati Union Bethel also operates Little Blossoms Academy, a 4-star rated Step Up to Quality preschool.

Their hiring practices are questionable. Seems like everyone thinks it's cute these days to NOT pay a liveable wage. My law enforcement background and career pays way more than they offer and the Director tried to switch up the salary post and lower it when I asked about said positions posted on job sites. The staff speaks horribly to they clients. They sleep on they shifts. One even threatens them. They need to fire most of them and bring in people who uplift these ladies who are already down on they luck and new to recovery. And there is a staff member who is on the phone while giving these ladies they medication which violates their HIPPA rights. Management really needs to pay better attention to how the employees are treating these woman
I've been here 12 years (7 yrs at old place/5 yrs at new place). This place saved me from homelessness. I was living in a shelter in 2008, when I applied to live here, and was accepted. I absolutely love the new place. My apartment is awesome. This building is clean, safe, and secure. I highly recommend it.
