Excellent service.
Not really their fault but the last river overflow made it a bit difficult to make my way to the facility because it is near the river, but once I negotiated a clear path to the facility, it is a really nice indoor storage place with big doors to pull into and offload items to store. The only thing I would appreciate would be signs to direct you through the somewhat maze-like corridors to help find your storage unit. Other than that I am very pleased with it.
This storage facility is fantastic! The units are clean and secure, and Harley, the manager, provides exceptional service. She made the conversation feel effortless, and her sense of humor was delightful. She treats you more like a friend than just a customer. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking.
Although the storage facility didn’t have the unit size I needed, I genuinely wish it had because the customer service was outstanding. Harley at the office was fantastic—she took the time to show me around the property, which looked clean and well maintained. She was incredibly friendly and made the whole experience feel personable. Her excellent service stood out as she never rushed me and patiently answered all my questions. I figured I should tell everyone what a fantastic job that young girl is doing!
