I had a rather unfavorable interaction with this staff. My child a senior in high school has no job, but has insurance under me. I sent my child to the office visit alone because I had the flu at the time. I requested paperwork to look things over before scheduling. Paperwork came home and no where did it say you are mandated to put a certain % down prior to surgery. Fast forward to surgery day, we arrive and the nurse tells me I owe over $700. WHAT! Excellent care at a reasonable price. All the staff were kind and professional. Doctor Fisher explained everything she was doing and called me the next day to make sure I was healing well.
Great place wonderful staff. Would highly recommend anyone here. Had all for wisdom cut out today. Thank you Dr Harper and staff you guys are amazing
Staff not willing to send claim in to my insurance after 4 mths of calling to get it taken care of. I hope the Dentist knows how rude Jackie who answered the phone is and she was more than happy to cancel my appt. Also, office filthy! They need to update the equipment, the dentist chair looked from 1960!
