Office staff is pleasant and staff knowledgeable. Personal phone call from Dr. Wilcox is a great touch. Would recommend for anyone who needs an oral surgeon.
I did recommend my MD to my sister, for her implant, and was delighted to learn that he took my nieces wisdom teeth out. He was awesome!
The exam was very thorough, and cause and resolution to the problem was explained with complete satisfaction.
Dr .Cassidy and his staff are great! Once you arrive at your appointment, there is no waiting. The staff are all friendly, highly competent, and professional. I saw Dr. Cassidy for a dental implant. He explained the entire procedure and follow up, answered all my questions, and did an excellent job on the implant! After the surgery, he personally calls to check up on you and answer any questions. They may be expensive, but, the great job they do is worth it!
Dr Wilcox ? and his assistant were terrific. They responded to my situation with professionalism and unusual timeliness. Great work, and thanks again.
There was a 30 min waiting time
Dr. Kassidy, his OR nurse and his assistant we're all the most professional and caring people I have ever met. I was terrified of having my wisdom teeth out, but they made sure I was well I formed and not too nervous by the time surgery day arrived! It went by quickly and I cannot recommend a better oral surgeon! Excellent experience, for a not fun part of life!
