This is an owner-operated company and I can’t recommend them any more highly. I had been putting off replacing my old furnace for years and it finally gave up on a Saturday night. Cincinnati Hometown came through for us on a Sunday afternoon (during football season!) getting us warm with a temporary fix. But it was clearly time to replace my 30 year old unit. Jay and Erin are great! I have a physical disability and am unable to adjust my thermostat. Jay and Erin went out of their way to update my thermostat with a newer model so that I could access it and adjust room temperatures through my computer setup. That was a huge game changer for me as I can now change temperatures myself instead of having to wait for others to make adjustments for me. I have know Jay Young for a long time. He serviced our home furnace and A/C when he worked for a local company and when he started Cincinnati Hometown Heating & Cooling I know I was one of Jay's first customers. I trust the work he does and he has always been very fair with his pricing.
