I had auto locks installed back in 2019. I recently called the Eastgate location and talked to Chris. I couldn't drive my car because the hazards were flashing there was an issue with the security system apparently. He texted me and told me that he would come to my apartment to check it out. I even offered to pay him for this. Then he went ghost on me. I kept texting he never answered I called no answer. I'm elderly and disabled and I've never been treated this way. I would not recommend Cincinnati Home Theatres. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I was charged around $2,000 to have subwoofers installed in my car, but the quality of the work did not reflect the price. The installation took much longer than I was originally told. I was repeatedly asked to come back the next day, which resulted in additional Uber expenses, only to arrive and find that the work had not even been started. I highly recommend you don’t take your car here for any kind of car audio just like the Google reviews say,I had an absolute nightmare. So I made an appointment at 8:30 for my 2022 forester sport and was told I would be out the door by 11:30 So I showed up to check out what they had and found something that I thought would be decent And agreed to let Matt (the installer) put the stuff in my car, And he let me watch him do the entire process pretty much which was cool and all seem to be going well until he realized my car wou... read more

Don’t go here,place is ran down and has limited options and barely any subs to choose from and a lot of the equipment looks old and third party which isn’t what you want for a good system,I recommend you take your business to xtreme sound or big papas or even stereo plus…the people here are kinda shady that’s the vibe I got and the reviews are probably true I could see that
