Zach arrived ontime and was well prepared to service my furnace. He checked the following items: carbon monoxide vent and supply, air intake, blower, temp, filter, capacitor, drain trap, burner, heat exchanger, combustion efficiency, flame sensor, blower. Spoke with Elliott yesterday on our furnace problem. He was friendly, kind, compassionate, and considerate. Concerned for our welfare, he squeezed us in for an appointment today.Techs John and Dontae came to check my furnace. They were on time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional , and honest. They answered my questions, explained the problems. Impressed with their expertise, will have a new furnace installed Monday. Pleased.
