We recently had Cinti Heating and Air Conditioning install a split system in our home. We had 2 young men handle the placement and work required to get the system in place and they worked good together. Each was polite and answered any questions/thoughts we may have had at the time. All was finished within a day. A visit from the supervisor/owner a day or so later helped show us how to use the settings and answer any other remaining questions. System is up, running and doing good.
Technican came timely to fix my air conditioner. Technician was knowledgeable and quickly fixed problem.
Good Service. Tommy is great to work out the appointments and send reports. Happy with the service over the years.
What I really like about this company is that they give you a small window of time when they will be there. The give advance notice when they are on the way. The are friendly and polite and very professional. They kept me posted on everything that happened. Great follow up.
