The doctors and nurses are great but my problem is with the facility itself. The doors into the office are not handicap accessible. I’ve seen people with walkers and canes struggle to get in and now I’m in the same predicament. I had surgery and am now on crutches and I can't even get in to the building of the doctor that put me in that position in the first place.
Dr Rahn is a professional and the office staff at Springdale is very accommodating.
I was impressed with the professionalism of this place and Dr. Melody took time with me, discussed and explained the option. I will be returning.
