I arrived for my appointment,I didn't have to wait a long time to be seen,my Dr. exam the problem I was having with my foot, the staff made me feel at ease ,I was able to get help with my injury
Very kind and caring foot and ankle care
Inept. Scheduled an appointment and took first available with Dr. Melody. I was asked which insurance and let them know what it was. It seems to me that if the Dr. has never taken the insurance company I have that the scheduler would or should know that. I went at scheduled time and was told that my appointment was for the next day. I wasn't available on that day and had known for months that I had something else going on that day. Staff was wonderful, the Doctor took his time answered all my questions and explained my condition in the simplest form! No long wait I was in and out in a timely fashion. Thanks team!
Worst orthotics I have ever received. Broke down within 2 months. Went back to let them know. Office/Dr said they have never had that happen before. They expect me to pay a copay for their defective product. They ordered me a new pair. Curious to see how these hold up. Highly do not recommend and I will go elsewhere in the future.
