They closed their office with no notice. I drove 30 minutes in inclement weather, risked my safety and the safety of others only to find the office was closed. They had not tried to contact me beforehand to let me know they were closed even though I had an appointment. I am very disappointed and will not be visiting this practice again.

This is the 4th time I have completed this same survey. Dr. Melody is excellent. Facility is terrible. Not designed for handicapped patients.
