I arrived for my appointment,I didn't have to wait a long time to be seen,my Dr. exam the problem I was having with my foot, the staff made me feel at ease ,I was able to get help with my injury

Inept. Scheduled an appointment and took first available with Dr. Melody. I was asked which insurance and let them know what it was. It seems to me that if the Dr. has never taken the insurance company I have that the scheduler would or should know that. I went at scheduled time and was told that my appointment was for the next day. I wasn't available on that day and had known for months that I had something else going on that day. Finally I assume the office manager came out and told me that the Dr. doesn't take my insuranc... read more
Staff was wonderful, the Doctor took his time answered all my questions and explained my condition in the simplest form! No long wait I was in and out in a timely fashion. Thanks team!
