If I could give a negative review I would. Pat has had my 1915 Djalma Julliot since January 2018. At her insistence, I prepaid $2000 in January for restoration of my flute, and sent my payment via FEDEX overnight. I have recently learned my flute is at a pawn shop and it appears that little to NO work has been done. I am devastated!

Cincinnati Fluteworks resurrected my old Professional Powell flute this summer that I've had for many years. I'm afraid I haven't had it serviced regularly as Pat recommended, but it has turned out beautifully and returned in a really reasonable amount of time. I've forgotten how well it could play - if I kept up the repairs. I won't be waiting this long again.
