Dr. Chiang was extremely accommodating in providing me with an additional contact lens prescription that I can use for working at home so that I don't have to wear reading glasses over a set of contacts (or trying to work with bifocals -- I hate wearing glasses). This has a major positive psychological impact for me. The rest of the office staff were very friendly and efficient as well.
I had a great experience at Clarkson Eye Care. They gave me a thorough eye exam and made me feel at ease. They explained the process every step of the way and even re did the photos of my eyes because I moved my eyes a little. They were very helpful during purchasing of the eye glasses. Thank you Dr. Chiang for all your care.
Just went today for an eye appointment only to find out it was canceled by the Automatic system even though I never received a text or my family, but somehow my dad‘s appointment was still scheduled for 9:10 and mine was canceled at 9:30 when it should’ve been the other way around I will not be back here ever again and I will be finding a new eye doctor. You have lost my time & my business time and patience
