I am very disappointed with my recent experience . I specifically requested glasses that would help me with close reading and screen work, while keeping my distance vision normal with my own eyes. I paid over $400, but the glasses I received only correct my distance vision—making it very difficult to read or use screens comfortably. Alexis was incredibly helpful and kind. She really took her time to explain everything to us. The office was super super busy but that didn’t effect the level of care she provided to me and my fam!!
Horrible experience with Dr Anthony Chiang. Very unprofessional and rude. I hope that no other customers have the same experience I did. I would recommend customer service training.
Dr Chiang is always very thorough with his exams. The office staff are polite and efficient. I am a satisfied customer of 4 or 5 years.
The staff were fantastic! Professional yet very friendly.
