Great staff and service.
I'm going to update my review for the retina center at the Landings in Blue Ash. I drove my Dad to his appointment with Dr. Yackey, since his eyes would be dilated. There is no problem with Dr. Yackey, but the wait times are atrocious. Are they over-scheduling? There were people who had been waiting for more than two hours, including us. There was an elderly woman who wondered if there was a place to lay down. Nobody in there seemed to acknowledge the long wait times, or to explain why.
