Made arrangements to make payments on several expensive eye injection treatments. Called the following month to make a payment and they did not see any notes regarding payment plan and it had already been sent to collections. Escalation called back to accept a payment and admit that they saw the notes regarding payment plan but couldn't do anything other than lecture me on the importance of paying my bill. Our experience was a very dismissive doctor. She seemed to want to pass on to another specialist and talk around direct answers.
This place is horrible. 2nd visit and both times they expected me to wait an hour for my appointment. I left and won't be returning. The waiting area is unacceptable. They expect you to sit in dirty, tore up chairs.
Long check in lines today....something is wrong....I'm going to miss my other appointments later today. Short staffed today.
