This place is horrible. 2nd visit and both times they expected me to wait an hour for my appointment. I left and won't be returning. The waiting area is unacceptable. They expect you to sit in dirty, tore up chairs.
Long check in lines today....something is wrong....I'm going to miss my other appointments later today. Short staffed today.
The wait times are ridiculous!!! If you can't wait for hours the your in trouble here. I have waited once for 5+ hours and another for 2+ hours. They need to schedule appointments appropriately.
No stars would be appropriate- 1pm appointment- told me to arrive 15 min early to check in and then by 1:30 pm I had to ask the nicest associate in the World( Kaitlin ) how much longer I had to wait because I had a 3:30 appointment for my dog- she went and asked and came back and told me they were running behind and it would be at least another 45 min - so I thanked her kindly and told her to tell them I was leaving- so here is where I stand now- I will never return to CEI due to the fact that my time is as important as thei... read more
