I have been going here for years and rely on them to preserve my sight.
As a new patient, I was so happy with my care. From check in, to the pre-testing performed by Christian, I was so happy. I never felt rushed, she explained each step, she made me feel welcome and relaxed. I can’t thank her enough for her great care and skill. She made the whole process seem like a piece of cake. Dr. Heimlich is an amazing and very educated physician. He explains everything so you can understand and is so professional. I can’t thank the staff enough for the great care. The Mercy location is phenomenal.

Made arrangements to make payments on several expensive eye injection treatments. Called the following month to make a payment and they did not see any notes regarding payment plan and it had already been sent to collections. Escalation called back to accept a payment and admit that they saw the notes regarding payment plan but couldn't do anything other than lecture me on the importance of paying my bill.
