Dr was great. The girl who did the initial test was great. The check in check out lady (the black lady with grey hair) was rude, had a know it all attitude which needs checked. They dilated my pupils then said my vision wouldn’t be affected and it was. I could barely drive home. Not going back there because of the mean misinformed check in/out lady.
I have been going here for years and rely on them to preserve my sight.
As a new patient, I was so happy with my care. From check in, to the pre-testing performed by Christian, I was so happy. I never felt rushed, she explained each step, she made me feel welcome and relaxed. I can’t thank her enough for her great care and skill. She made the whole process seem like a piece of cake. Dr. Heimlich is an amazing and very educated physician. He explains everything so you can understand and is so professional. I can’t thank the staff enough for the great care. The Mercy location is phenomenal.
