Dr. Katana performed Cataract Surgery on my right eye on December 6, 2018, but the Surgery did not go well. Although one would expect improved vision, the vision in my right eye is far worse than the time before Surgery. He never warned me the Surgery could go awry. My experiences at CEI were horrible Also, he Lied to me when he said he would schedule two Field Tests for my eyes on April 11, 2019. I underwent the Field Tests on April 11. My father had his second eye surgery done on 12/20/2018. We unfortunately had a nurse named Lauri D who ruined the whole experience with CEI. She was rude and uncaring through the experience frequently rolling her eyes when my dad would ask a question. She showed NO compassion or empathy. The final straw is when I brought the car around to pick him up, she walked with him about 10 feet then just turned around without a word. My dad has frequent falls and I didn't appreciate her callous demeanor.
