My sons first dentist experience has been amazing! The hygienist has made this the easiest experience and tons of fun!
As a new client, I scheduled to have my teeth cleaned. I requested a specific hygienist due to a referral. I also explained that I already had exam and x-rays done, and another dentist insisted that I have a deep cleaning done prior to any work. I called the office, explained everything. Never once was I told that I or my insurance will be charged for the exam and how much. Upon arrival to the appointment I am getting informed that hygienist is not there. I was informed as a ...
