We are very happy with our new closet and the service provided by the Cincinnati Closets team! This is a local company that is very responsive and does professional quality work with high quality materials. Our former (tired) builder grade wire rack closet has been transformed into a much more functional space. Their service of providing clothing racks for temporary storage of clothes while we repaired and painted the space was a nice side benefit that we appreciated.
Paul and his team have installed over 50 closet systems over the last 24 years for us. Best company in the the tristate hands down. Always 20% less than the local competition. Quality is a 10 every time. Call both companies and compare prices. He’s always less and he’s always better.
From start to finish, working with Cincinnati Closets was a dream. Life threw us a curveball and I had to unexpectedly delay our project. Cincinnati Closets has been awesome to our family! They designed and put in our closets 17 years ago, and they are still amazing and perfect for us . In addition, they live up to their lifetime guarantee. We just had something break and they were out here and fixed it in no time flat, charging us nothing & with no hassle! Very impressed with their customer service and quick response!
Don’t waste your time and you money, I’ve called five times to have someone to come out to give us an estimate? The secretary tells me that she will have the owner call me back it’s been two months and I still have not received a callback.
