It has been impossible to speak to a person or schedule a new patient appointment. I called 7/10, and received back on 7/13. I had missed the call and called back that day, to get sent to voicemail again (per the number left on my voicemail.) I never received another call. I called 8/19, 8/24, 8/25, and 8/27. I also filled out the online contact form twice. *Update: I did receive a call this morning. I was informed there are new admissions staff who are trying to catch up on a backlog. Today I took my son 17 to the Loveland location for a college physical and for an accommodation letter to be in a dorm with air conditioning and closer than over a mile to the center of campus. He has been treated for asthma from Surburban Pediatrics (now Children’s since he was a toddler and a patient since birth). Today they decided he does not have a diagnosis of asthma even though he has been treated for it off and on for 15 years from this medical group. We absolutely love this new location! My son originally began his care with Suburban Pediatrics, and we chose to stay through the transition to Cincinnati Children’s. We’ve been happy patients since 2020 and couldn’t be more satisfied with the exceptional care provided by Dr. Allen.
The room we were put in was clearly not cleaned from the people before when we brought in our two day old newborn baby. They weren’t even busy, one other family was there. The nurse who brought us into the room was rude. The room smelled like dirty diapers with full trash - when I told the nurse it smelled like poop from the dirty diapers in the trash from the people before she said okay I’ll change it in a little bit.
