This is the best urgent care I've ever visited! They consistently provide 100% accurate diagnoses, which is why it's so popular. Although the demand can result in long waits—sometimes up to an hour—it's absolutely worth it for the exceptional care they deliver."
We chose a Cincinnati Children's ER location because all of my childs providers are here. In the middle of flu season, I worried and prepared for a very long wait. The staff listened to me as the parent, that my daughters symptoms were different than her baseline. They didn't undermine or question my worries. They confirmed oxygen saturation and listened to her lungs right at the check in desk. Triage was fast and were taken to a room based on severity of symptoms. come in at 9 my child was in pain belly and butt pain screaming for 3hrs no doctor :( the only children hospital we have around.... this place need more doctor. idk why they call this place a hospital more like No Hope Treatment center
