Scheduled an appointment with orthopedics in November of 2024 (day I gave birth) for February 2025- fast track to 5 days before the appointment and I’m told the doctor “no longer does clubbed feet” and the next appointment with the other specialist is the end of March and at a location almost another hour away from where we live. Confused as to how there was no knowing this 5 days before my appointment. The low stars I saw when looking up the phone number made me want to respond to these reviews. I am sorry if some people caught a front desk technician on a bad day and dinged them with 1 star as a result. However, the doctors here are truly amazing. My son arrived to Children's main hospital downtown, via ambulance, 5 years ago with SCFE and complete detachment of his leg. Pat - front desk is not friendly at all
Front desk workers are miserable sad excuses for humans. The team who did my son's cast did a good job. That's the only reason for 2 stars. They don't understand that not everyone lives in the city and can't get off work a day every week to drive over an hour just to do an x-ray. Nothing but a money grab. Typical failing health system like everything else in this country now days. Since we can't make it in every week. Now they don't want to give an appointment to cut cast off for 3 more weeks past the time he should have it ... read more
I can’t stand a negative atmosphere with rude people, these people are so rude the nurse we encountered was especially rude they definitely need to change their attitudes and careers, I’ve worked in health care and they are a great example of how not to treat people!!!! Do not recommend!
