The best dme company!! So easy to work with and we received our supplies pretty fast.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The billing department is terrible. Call the phone number listed on your statement for billing questions and the person who answers will have to "look in a different system" for home care. Then they will not be able to answer your question and will need to transfer your call. For 2 months now I have received a bill that I have already paid in full, and when I call the billing department they say that I have a zero balance--yet I still am receiving bills. VERY FRUSTRATING!
By far the BEST medical company EVER! We had been using them since my son was 25 days old and I recently moved to a new state and have had nothing but issues getting my sons medical equipment here, everyone has been rude and unhelpful in my new state and my son requires a certain brand of probes for his pulsox machine. I called Cincinnati childrens home health care because I cannot get ahold of these probes in my new state even my insurance has been struggling to find a supplier for us, we desperately need them to monitor hi... read more
