Had a sick kid during a visit to Cincinnati, ended up coming to the urgent care here. We were promptly seen by both Anne Marie Underwood, PA and Dr. Gorman. Both were very thorough and had caring bedside manner. They provided great care to my kiddo, would recommend coming here.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I brought my son in for abdominal pain, the the doctor ordered a urine test. When the results came back, she said it was normal and I should go to the ER side, since they have imaging equipment. Fine. We got to the ER side, were roomed, and sat for 3 hours until eventually I had to ask several staff to get my doctor and let us go home. They did no tests, no scans, we literally just sat in a room watching tv. After waiting 40 minutes to be discharged, I had to find the doctor and demand we be allo... read more
I suggest reserving a spot in line before hand. We did and had a relatively short wait. The doctors were great all around.
