It’s sad when you leave a 10 month old baby sitting in a room for over an hour. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor. We were the third people there and got checked in within 10 minutes. The nurses were great. Then after the nurse came in and told us the doctor would be there shortly we waited in that room for an hour. No one came to check on us or give us an update. Lady at front desk was very rude urgent care don’t open till 6
Of course there is going to be a bit of a wait, but the doctors and nurses are always really sweet and love kids (which they should if they are in pediatrics). Our nurse was checking my son's dinosaur's heart rate too and made him smile. Our doctor took one look at my son, immediately knew what he needed and we were able to get to our pharmacy immediately afterwards. He's already feeling a lot better!
Everyone here is friendly & helpful & the place is always clean.
