John was very helpful and patient when explaining the electrical problem and how dangerous overheating voltage can be, especially when it can lead to outlet fires. In my home, smoke came from an outlet and it damaged my microwave and refrigerator. He found that the house had been wired poorly when it was originally built, with unsafe outlet connections and bad switches throughout the home. We had your electrician out recently to repair an outlet and inspect a noisy ceiling fan. Nolan arrived on time, was friendly, and worked efficiently. He explained the electrical issue clearly, got everything working safely, and made the whole service visit easy. We would not call anyone else for electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
