If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is the definition of terrible customer service. The staff had a rude, dismissive attitude the entire time, and instead of making the buying process smooth, they made it stressful and frustrating. What’s worse—they changed the price at the time of purchase, trying to sneak in more than what was originally agreed upon. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE. THEY STUCK IT TO OUR DAUGHTER WITH HER FIRST CAR PURCHASE!!! Purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Cruise. We purchased this because it only had 50k miles. Under the hood was very clean. Almost too clean some would say. Either way, we fell for the trap. 130 miles later and they won't return our call about the engine oil spilling out or the check engine line that has come on.
