We recently bought a 2012 Toyota Tundra from this dealership. Within 4 days of purchase, two codes popped up regarding the transmission. Both showed up as permanent codes, meaning they were ongoing issues and had been previously cleared without repairs, as new codes pop up as pending. We can't even drive the truck, as it goes into limp mode sporadically, making it a danger to ourselves and other drivers. The manager was contacted and his only reply was "as is". Mark talked down to me and immediately dismissed me to go look elsewhere after I made an offer over KBB. I tried to continue the conversation and shared the info of how I came to the value of the car through KBB and other sales and Mark rudely told me that the number was way off. I didn’t have anywhere else to start. The dealership might just have really high prices, (this particular car was priced 50% over market value on KBB), but there could be a kinder way of informing customers of your pricing as opposed to talking down... read more
