Faleh was incredibly helpful. Took my car in for an emergency tire plug and he took care of it right when I got in there. 10/10 would recommend coming here for your car needs/searching for a car.
Neighbor recommended this place when we needed new tires. Outstanding price for parts and labor, literally better than any shop or site I found. Faleh also gave a courtesy look-around and gave us helpful timelines for any potential repairs. Not only that, he is just a good, chill man who is passionate about cars, family and serving others. Will be back!
First off I didn’t go to Cincinnati Auto Haus to purchase a car, I thought I needed new breaks. I read another review saying they’ll also do auto repair. I called and scheduled a break job with Faleh. Turns out I needed breaks and rotors. I was in shambles lol but he really worked with me on the price of repairs, even covered a part he thought I needed.
