I cannot say enough good things about Russ and Robert at Cinci Sweeps. We've had them to the house twice and both experiences have been top-notch. You'd be hard-pressed to find a company with better customer service. Each piece of work they do is clearly explained and when there are choices, the options and their pros-and-cons are described clearly. Russell and Robert do incredible work. Their workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail is simply outstanding. We have had several bad experiences with chimney cleaning companies in the past, so it was such a relief to finally find an outfit we can comfortably say will have our business for as long as we are in our home! Cincy sweeps exceeded all expectations. Chimney was in disrepair and needed a serious makeover. They showed up on time and completed the entire job ahead of schedule. They were both professional and friendly. Very easy to deal with which is refreshing. Couldnt be happier with the job they did. Would recommend to anyone who needs a chimney repair or cleaning.

I am so happy with the work these people did on our chimney inside and out. We had no idea our chimney was falling apart and could have caused a house fire. They showed us the damage and gave us a reasonable repair cost. The job was more work than they originally bid, but they honored their bid. They completed the job even though it took longer than expected. The work was professional and they did a great job. It's hard to find honest contractors and I highly recommend them.

Russ and Robert are awesome! They are honest and do incredible work. They have cameras to be able to show you what needs to be done if there is major work (like I did :) ) And can I say their attention to detail and cleanliness was A+. They were communicative, punctual, and I will be using them for all my fireplace needs! Recommend them without reservation to anyone and everyone!

Well, we tried two other sweeps and never heard anything back. Cinci Sweeps caught my eye and read into the reviews. My wife and I decided if these guys are half as good as the reviews say, we found our company. Called and spoke and set a date and time for the inspection. They were there even earlier that day after calling ahead, a major plus! Thorough inspection, not a quick glance. Took the time to explain what was needed and why. My Husband and I booked Cinci Sweeps for 2 chimney sweeps and repairs on both of our fireplaces in our house. Russ and Robert, we're on time, professional, and took care of our fire place issues (Firebox repair, Smoke Shelf Repair, and of course a Chimney Sweep.) After they completed the job, they check with my husband and I on cleanliness, and reviewed the all of the work that had been complete. This is one of the best customer experiences my husband and I had. We would highly recommend Cinci Sweeps.

I highly recommend this company. They are courteous, respectful and I feel very honest. I needed work done quickly and had a couple of setbacks that delayed them each time they came out. But after each set back they would quickly reply and work me in to get back out. Other companies states that it would have been two weeks plus to get on the schedule to even come and inspect the chimney to determine what needed to be done.
