I've been seeing this dental business for over 25 yrs. I hadn't been to a dentist for 20 yrs due to the pain that was inflicted on me. Now I LOVE. Going to the dentist. They took baby steps with me. Always reassuring me, checking on possible pain, and making me feel safe. The best ever. The staff changes have been seamless. The hiring process must be very strict because the new ppl are as awesome as everyone else.
I have been a patient for some 30 years. Jerry, Mrs, Henson, Kim, Michi, Tundae, Cosetta and a few others who's names escape me - have been, throughout the years the best darn Dental Practice I could ever imagine having! My dentist retired and when I had a dental emergency I didn't know where to turn. I went to several dental offices seeking help for an infected root tip and was somewhat callously treated. They wanted to sell me on expensive procedures that I didn't want or need, at least not like I needed that root tip extracted. I went online and checked for dental emergencies. I just had the first of two visits to replace a major, older filling in a molar, which showed signs of weakness and could have resulted in a cracked tooth in the near future. Removing the filling and prepping for a cap was a demanding process which Dr. Claudia accomplished with her usual skill, care and kindness.
