Broke my frames, first time in my life that has happened. I will never go back there again. No offer for another set of frames.
Today my wife took my glasses back to Silverbell Eye Center to see what they could do about my brown transition lenses not getting dark enough in the sun. What my wife experienced was a rude staff member in the back ranting to the gal that was helping my wife, " Well that's what he chose!!" She said.
