CIMCO has been managing our property for the past three years, and we’ve been very happy with their service. They are responsive, professional, and handle everything from tenant communication to maintenance issues efficiently. Highly recommended!
Our community is small but had issues, Cimco took over and was able to manage this gated community without raising the costs, they fixed the gate and the gate phone, landscape was scheduled. Sahar, the account manager, is very helpful and cared enough to take on smaller issues. For these reasons, I recommend Cimco to everybody.
The washing machine in the laundry room has been Broken for over 3 days, every time I call, she always telling me he will be there. I am still waiting
