a week ago

left me for months with no oven or stove then sent one with massive hole in it that electrocuted me bad. then the front door stopped fully closing and they refused to fix it even after i told them over 60 gallons of water flooded the unit multiple times. drywall was like paper reinfornced with literal debris and garbage. i was left to suck out the water myself. now they have stolen my security deposit with no contact. will see them in court soon be on the look out for my demand letter, cimco; slumlords

Espero sigan mejorando sus responsabilidades. Recuerden que ustedes son los responsables directos con quienes tienen que ver No solo para Cobrar la Renta! Si no tan bien para reparaciones a una propiedad , cuyo dueño es quien tiene ese vínculo con ustedes.! El dueño tiene que cubrir sus gastos de su propiedad, y ustedes tienen que ejercer ese beneficio a sus clientes! Que rentan . Terrible Experience with CIMCO Management and Landlord Adi Gal I had an awful experience renting a property managed by CIMCO Management under landlord Adi Gal. Upon moving out, my $2,500 security deposit was approved for return. However, after I deposited the check, I was contacted and told to return it because of a supposed outstanding water bill. While I was apartment hunting. I was shown a very nice apartment. I also gave all of my information before filling out the application and was assured I was qualified to make sure I didn’t waste $95.00 after I paid the fee surprise surprise. I wasn’t approved and the options to follow were horrible and nothing like the apartment I applied for. Then I was told she’s trying to help me.
