While I was apartment hunting. I was shown a very nice apartment. I also gave all of my information before filling out the application and was assured I was qualified to make sure I didn’t waste $95.00 after I paid the fee surprise surprise. I wasn’t approved and the options to follow were horrible and nothing like the apartment I applied for. Then I was told she’s trying to help me. So far so good. Very responsive. I contacted them on 2/14 to ask if a unit was available, it was. And 10 minutes later I was shown the property. The next steps and what to expect were communicated. Paperwork was sent promptly. And Joana was so helpful! Not only did she answer questions we had when we were in the unit, she also was very prompt through text. I look forward to moving in.

My name is samara williams i wish i could leave no stars do not rent from these people they get you in easy to rip you off their appartments are nasty roach infested and the outside garbage is always running over they take your deposit an lie an tell you they will give it back after finding lies to charge you far please run far away from all their properties i left my place so clean they charged 250 for blinds that had 2 peices broken 900 for painting and patching i did not even have picture frame nail holes in my wall i do ... read more
