Don't expect your deposit back no matter what you do. Expect to be taken advantage of at every turn. The mgmt is petty AF, scumbag slumlords own most of the units. The units are all old, in disrepair, constantly have to spray for spiders, scorpions & bedbugs. The entire complex should be inspected for black mold; maybe just condemned. To top it off, every new tenant that moves in is worse than the last. Loud, violent, littering, no respect for neighbors, cops showing up all the time, etc. Office doesn't give AF.
