It's a nice place. Much nicer than you'd think based on the outside, landscaping, and grounds. That's the biggest shortcoming of this place, besides parking (especially a pain to get the mail, if your unit is far). It just looks kinda poorly maintained from the outside, especially the landscaping (no trash, though). Plus, be aware that there are lots of areas without sidewalks around the complex, so not very handicap friendly. I simply went to look at the apartments and was sold, immediately. (Having appointments to see others, the next day). However, Kelly is more than amazing! She is the kindest, most knowledgeable and helpful leasing consultant I have EVER experienced. I'm still in awe. She has definitely been a blessing to me. Brenda was delightful, as well! Case & Associates definitely has 2 gems, in the office. :-)

I’ve lived here at Cimarron Pointe Apts for a little over 6 years. I love it! The grounds are kept up and the few times I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been very responsive and timely. The neighbors have been friendly and fairly quiet. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a decent place to live with few worries.
