We had an amazing experience with them. Our son injured his ankle pretty bad on Thursday. He is a student at OSU and we were not able to get up there to check on him until Saturday. We realized crutches were not going to work for him trying to get across campus to his classes and were trying to get him a knee scooter. This was 3 hours after they closed but James answered our desperate call and came in at 5:00 to help us. Within 20 minutes we had a scooter rented for him and were out the door. Awesome ! Always !! Had to deal with another DME In another town and they didn’t compare!!
I sent my son to pick up Baby diapers today, he said that the lady that helped him was the nicest and mostly friendly person that he had met. He also said that she helped him carry stuff to his car and that she thanked him repeatedly for his business. He is s teenager and many times they don’t pay attention to things like this but it was memorable enough that he came home and told me how awesome this person was. He didn’t get a name but thank u for your awesome service!
Excellent customer service. Employee Janet, was very kind. And she was interested in listening to what I was needing. She was not in a hurry to get me off the phone. We appreciate a company that cares about the customer & just not out to make a sale.
